Pilot In Charge (PIC) Cross country flight to Millmerran
YRED - YBAF (Archerfield) - YMMN (Millmerran) - YCCA (Chinchilla) - YRED

as part of the CPL curriculum I have to do 40 PIC (Pilot In-Charge) cross country hours. So to ease into this we planned a one day trip out to Millmerran where my uncle and his fiancee have a wonderful property. My first X-Country since getting my license and my first X-country in the Arrow, PHEW!! After lunch and arriving back at the strip, I ran through pre-flight and showed my uncle around the plane.  After ringing the President of the Chinchilla aero club to make sure he would still be OK to meet us there for a re-fuel we headed off to Chinchilla. Then straight back to Redciffe. We had around 4 hours in the air and it was a great day.  Read more about the flight in my CPL diary. That was just a warm up for the next cross country we have planned so stay tuned.
